PROVIDE FOR THE SANITIZER SOLUTION TO BE MIXED TO THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL FOR THE TYPE OF SANITIZER BEING USED--FOR A CHLORINE/WATER MIX, THE SOLUTION SHALL CONTAINER 50 PPM OF AVAILABLE CHLORINE [750.830]. IMMEDIATE/ONSITE
*35  OBSERVED THE REAR SCREEN DOOR TO BE IN POOR REPAIR, RESULTING IN A GAP BETWEEN THE DOOR AND THE DOOR FRAME, WHICH PRESENTS AN ENTRYWAY FOR PESTS. REPLACE THE SCREEN DOOR [750.1170. 15 DAYS
15  OBSERVED BARE WOOD SHELVES IN THE KITCHEN; IN ADDITION, I OBSERVED A BARE WOOD HANDLE ATTACHED TO THE SLIDING DOOR COOLER. PAINT AND SEAL ALL BARE FOOD EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE FACILITY [750.690]. NEXT INSPECTION
23  OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES TO BE UNCLEAN: (1) TRUE COOLER SLIDING DOOR TRACKS TO BE UNCLEAN, (2) INTERIOR OF THE TWO MICROWAVES, (3) INTERIOR OF THE REACH-IN COOLER . NEXT INSPECTION
36  OBSERVED SEVERAL LINOLEUM FLOOR COVERING THE KITCHEN AREA TO BE IMPROPERLY SECURED TO THE FLOOR AND SEVERAL PIECES OF THE LINOLEUM FLOOR TILES ARE CRACKED.
